How vs. What
I learnt somewhere once that how well one presents is made up of 3 variables:
40% is what the audience thinks of you before you even enter the room.
40% is how you present yourself
The remainder, what you actually say, is only worth 20% !
So when we want to get a point across, it’s worth putting some thought into how we might communicate vs. just thinking about what we want to communicate.
